High & Low Velocity Lube Oil Flushing can be an integral part of equipment performance for gathering stations throughout a pipe line system or any equipment that uses a lube oil system in their production process.
The impurities in the lube oil, if not properly cleaned, can destroy bearings and other critical components in the system. Equipment damage can cost clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in downtime and large repairs or replacements.

Our Total Clean service incorporates High & Low Velocity Water Flushing combined with the unique abilities of Energy Plus Super C injected straight into the stream. Energy Plus Super C cleaning processes can reduce downtime with no exposure to toxic materials or toxic odors. Energy Plus Super C will turn most pollutants into an inert biodegradable substance.
This process is environmentally safe and non hazardous to humans, wild life or vegetation. No special protective clothing is needed. It will remove residual oils, corrosion residue, water hardened deposits, calcium residue and many other foulants from industrial process equipment.

This specialized cleaning process utilizes Energy Plus Super C to remove all polluted particles from contaminated fuel or water that has been stored for a long period of time.
The contaminates may include condensation, excess mill scale, machine particles as well as other mineral and non-mineral particles that may be harmful to engines, pumps and other processing equipment.
With the use of Energy Plus Super C and our unique filtration system, sour wells, lakes and ponds can be cleaned of organic matter, minerals and many other toxic substances. Our filtration plant will return the water back to a clean toxin-free state.

This process utilizes high-pressure water injected with Energy Plus Super C to clean equipment that is blocked by mill scale, production build up (regular and irregular shaped pipes) and other surfaces. Hydro Blasting reduces buildup on treated surfaces and prolongs the life of equipment.
